How can I place an order ?
You can place an order directly on our website by selecting your desired items, adding them to your cart, and proceeding to checkout.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it ?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations can only be made within 2 hours of placing your order. Please contact our customer service team immediately.

How long does delivery take ?
We aim to produce orders within 3 working days, after which we ship them via your preferred courier.
Typically, delivery takes 5 working days within the UAE and approximately 10 working days for international orders.
How can I track my order ?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy ?
We do not offer refunds; instead, store credit is issued for eligible returns.
Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

What is the length of our dresses and abayas ?
The standard length of sports styles is 145cm.
The standard length of evening styles is 150cm.
Can you customize the length ?
