• International Deliveries: 4–10 working days

  During promotional or sale periods, shipping may take an additional 2–3 working days, as each piece is carefully made to order. We truly appreciate your patience while our team manages the increased volume of orders with care.

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that your full and accurate address, along with a valid contact number, is provided at checkout.

All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are fully covered by ELLY DUBAI.

There will be no additional charges upon delivery. The total amount paid at checkout is final.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
