Our Return & Exchange policy is quite simple. Just email us at ellydubai@gmail.com and let us know your inquiry.

NOTE: Orders that have been produced as per customer's requirement (length of the garment adjusted as per the customer's requirement) can NOT be exchanged or refunded. 

REFUNDS  (if applicable)
You will be asked to send back the item at your own cost via any courier company to our office in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates. 

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Please note that taxes, customs (if applicable) and initial shipping fee (DELIVERY FEE) is not refundable.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company or your bank, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at ellydubai@gmail.com and we will send you further insturctions. Once we receive the item, we will inspect, and then we will ship you your desired new item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
