Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to keep our process simple and straightforward. For any inquiries, simply email us at
Important Notes:
- Custom Orders: Items produced according to specific customer requirements (e.g., garment length adjustments) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Return Shipping Costs: All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our office at your own cost.
Refunds
- You can return items within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10-14 days to the original payment method, depending on your bank.
- Please note: Taxes, customs fees (if applicable), and the initial shipping (delivery) fee are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and should be sent to our office in Dubai, UAE, via any courier service.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, email us at info@ellydubai.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own cost. After we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the new size or product.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
