Exchange Policy
We maintain a strict no refund and no return policy.
However, we do offer size exchanges only, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Window
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Size Exchange
To qualify for a size exchange:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging and tags must be intact

The item must not be altered or customized.
Customized or altered pieces (including length adjustments) are not eligible for exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at info@ellydubai.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and requested size.
Our team will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are fully responsible for arranging and covering the courier costs to return the item to our Dubai office.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ELLY DUBAI is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Exchange Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- If approved, we will ship the requested size (subject to availability).
- If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
Shipping time for the exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
