Returns & Exchanges
Our Return & Exchange policy is quite simple.
Just email us at email@example.com and let us know your inquiry.
NOTE: Orders that have been produced as per customer's requirement (length of the garment adjusted as per the customer's requirement) can NOT be exchanged or refunded.
NOTE: Returns and exchanges are couriered back to our office at YOUR OWN COST.
You will be asked to send back the item at your own cost via any courier company to our office in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates.
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, your issued refund will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 14 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Please note that taxes, customs (if applicable) and initial shipping fee (DELIVERY FEE) is not refundable.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the address to which the item has to be couriered to, at your own cost. Once we receive the item, we will inspect, and then we will ship out your desired new item in a desired new size.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
