Return & Exchange Policy
We have a straightforward policy for returns and exchanges. Here's everything you need to know:
How to Submit a Request
Send us an email at info@ellydubai.com with the details of your request. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Important Notes:
- Customized Orders: Items that have been altered to meet specific customer requests (e.g., garment length adjustments) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return Shipping Costs: Returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our office at your own cost.
Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds. For any return that meets our policy criteria, we will issue store credit in the form of a coupon code to use on future purchases.
Return Window
Our policy lasts for 5 days from the date your order is delivered. If 5 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer store credit or exchanges.
Return Conditions
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue store credit via email. Please note that taxes, customs fees (if applicable), and the initial shipping cost are not included in the store credit.
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Email us at info@ellydubai.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
- The return shipping costs are at your expense.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item in your desired size or model.
