Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to keep our process simple and straightforward. For any inquiries, simply email us at

Custom Orders: Items produced according to specific customer requirements (e.g., garment length adjustments) cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Return Shipping Costs: All returns and exchanges must be shipped back to our office at your own cost.

You can return items within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10-14 days to the original payment method, depending on your bank.
Please note: Taxes, customs fees (if applicable), and the initial shipping (delivery) fee are non-refundable.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense and should be sent to our office in Dubai, UAE, via any courier service.

For exchanges, email us at info@ellydubai.com, and we will provide you with the return address.
Ship the item back at your own cost. After we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the new size or product.
Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
