Important Notes:
- Custom Orders: Items made to specific customer requirements (e.g., garment length adjustments) are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Return Shipping Costs: All returns and exchanges must be sent back to our office at the customer’s expense.
Refunds
- Items can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Unfortunately, after 3 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 10-14 days to the original payment method, depending on your bank.
- Shipping Cost Deduction for Refunds: While we currently offer free worldwide delivery, the shipping cost for your original order will be deducted from your refund.
- Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping: Customers must cover the cost of shipping items back to us. Please email us at info@ellydubai.com, and we will provide the return address.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Taxes and customs fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Sale Items: No exchange or refund on items sold during sales or special offers.
Exchanges
- For exchanges, email us at info@ellydubai.com to receive the return address.
- Ship the item back at your own cost. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the new size or product.
- Shipping times for exchanges may vary depending on your location.
