Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:
Please allow 3 working days to process your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your package. It will be shipped via delivery method of your choice. All our products ship from Dubai to the destination of your choice around the globe. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within the given time-frame depending on your location.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Customer can cancel their order within 12 hours.

DELIVERY POLICY 
Delivery within UAE cities shall be in 1 – 2 working days and from 4 to 10 working Days to Other Countries. UAE Delivery Fees will be FREE of charge and Delivery Fees outside UAE are at a FLAT RATE. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details.

CUSTOMS:
Customs may apply on the order depending on the shipping country and location. ELLY DUBAI is not liable of additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to completing your purchase.
