Order processing
Please allow 3 working days for order processing. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping details
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders from Dubai to your specified destination. Orders are shipped via our trusted logistics partners, and delivery times vary based on your location:
- UAE deliveries: up to 5 working days
- International deliveries: up to 10 working days
During promotional or sale periods, shipping may take an additional 2 to 3 working days, as each piece is carefully made to order. We appreciate your patience while our team manages the increased volume of orders with care.
Delivery guidelines
To avoid delivery delays, please ensure that your full and accurate address, along with a valid contact number, is provided at checkout.
Customs duties and taxes
All customs duties, import taxes, and applicable fees are fully covered by ELLY DUBAI. There will be no additional charges upon delivery, the total amount paid at checkout is final.
Order cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Please email info@ellydubai.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. We accept major credit cards, digital wallets, and selected buy now, pay later options at checkout.
